Responsibilities
Ensure the project supports organizational goals and delivers expected business value
Provide direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
Act as the key liaison between the project team and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Secure funding, personnel, and other resources necessary for project success
Support the identification and mitigation of high-level risks and issues
Make timely decisions on escalated matters and remove barriers to progress
Review project status reports, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness
Support organizational change initiatives related to the project and ensure stakeholder buy-in
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in program administration/ management or related area
5 years of experience leading teams
Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Proven experience in executive leadership, program management, or strategic planning
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Availability to travel 10%
