Responsibilities
Analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
Work as part of an Agile team and interact directly with customers to understand their needs to develop solutions and solve complex problems
Contribute to transitioning mission data flows from legacy systems to a modernized data flow architecture, defining technical and process improvements to achieve improved mission performance and compliance
Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies
Identify new opportunities to modernize software development practices and tools to help your customers meet their needs
Qualification
Required
Experience with scripting, including Python or Java
Experience with C, C#, or C++
Experience with a data sample analytic database or infrastructure, including SQL, SQL Server, SQLite, ElasticStack, GrFana, Kibana, Kubernetes, or Docker
Knowledge of implementing socket connection and packet processing design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including RHEL 5, RHEL 6, or CentOS 7
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a CS or Engineering field
Preferred
Experience working with MySQL or Oracle databases
Experience with Agile development
Experience with scripting languages such as C-Shell, Java, JavaScript, Bash, Python, Bourne, or Perl
Experience with SQL language scripting
