Responsibilities
Support engineering project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
Assist with maintaining project plans, funding tracking, and demand files
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and program teams
Collect, track, and report project performance metrics
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking and reporting activities
Provide logistical and administrative support for program and technical events
Support system-level design, integration, build, and test activities
Assist with customer and leadership review material preparation
Support bid and proposal preparation efforts
Track and coordinate problem reports and change management metrics
Assist with customer feedback tracking and action coordination
Support risk identification and documentation activities
Gain working knowledge of Teamcenter and related engineering tools
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (equivalent experience considered)
7+ years of relevant engineering or project support experience
3+ years DoD or similar regulated industry experience highly desired
Experience supporting design and development of complex systems
Ability to assess and help track technical risk
Experience leading meetings and working across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong business acumen and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to travel as needed
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT: This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens
