Responsibilities
Lead and grow Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering operations across multiple hospitals
Serve as the primary executive contact for the University Hospitals Health System
Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and contract compliance
Develop growth strategies, succession planning, and leadership development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Oversee safety programs, risk management, and quality performance
Partner with clients on governance, reporting, and performance metrics
Support cybersecurity awareness and protection of healthcare technology systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering
Proven experience managing multi-site hospital or health system operations
Strong business acumen, budgeting, and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, safety standards, and HTM regulations
Understanding of cybersecurity challenges in healthcare environments
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams
Preferred
