Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic marketing leader for the Product Support division, owning campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis
Partner with division leadership and cross-functional teams to create and implement data-driven marketing strategies that directly impact revenue growth and customer retention
Lead the development of customer-centric campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, events, and field marketing
Create strategic content and sales tools that align with division goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations
Leverage customer insights, market data, and internal feedback to inform marketing decisions and competitive positioning
Define and manage quarterly and annual marketing plans with measurable KPIs tied to business objectives
Lead campaign performance reviews, adjusting tactics to meet or exceed KPIs
Provide marketing tools to internal teams to support successful campaign execution and lead generation efforts
Identify and test new platforms or technologies to drive innovation and differentiation in the market
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors
Demonstrated success in leading integrated marketing campaigns and aligning efforts with business objectives
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present to senior stakeholders
Proficient in analytics tools, and Sales Force Marketing Cloud preferred
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; comfortable working with performance data and customer insights
Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced deadline-driven environment
