Assistant Director, College Readiness & Community Partnerships
The University of South Florida Libraries is seeking an Assistant Director for College Readiness and Community Partnerships. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for college readiness initiatives and partnerships, aiming to enhance student access, enrollment, and success through collaboration with local schools and organizations.

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for college readiness and community partnership initiatives
Develop, manage, and sustain high-impact partnerships with K–12 districts, state colleges, community-based organizations, and municipal partners, serving as the university’s primary representative for college readiness and transfer pipeline initiatives
Design, oversee, and evaluate college readiness programs
Lead assessment, reporting, and data analysis efforts to measure program effectiveness
Provide direct engagement and advising support
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
Minimum of four years related exempt experience
Two years of supervisory experience
Preferred
Professional experience working with K-12 students and/or community organizations
Knowledge of various types of higher education institutions, admissions requirements, degree programs, and workforce industries
Experience planning and facilitating multiple projects with competing timelines
Knowledge of Pinellas County, particularly local cultures, interests, and history
Bilingual and biliterate skills preferred
