The Engineering Development Program is a two-year developmental opportunity aimed at preparing candidates for individual contributor or leadership roles in the Titanium Division through hands-on training and cross-functional rotations.

Responsibilities
Participate in a biannual leadership Strategy Session (January/July), quarterly DP activities and monthly lunch and learn sessions
Explore the entire CPP "total solution" footprint, including Airfoils, Structurals and Metals, in addition to Titanium, by collaborating with counterparts in all areas of the business
Learn about this facet of manufacturing and engineering by working hands-on in an exciting fast-paced titanium casting facility
Drive the future of our business by immersing in a rotation through multiple defined roles over the course of two years
Provide exposure to all aspects of Investment Casting through cross-functional rotations
Qualification
Required
Must have a BS in Engineering or related field
(Internal Candidates) Must be a current CPP Employee with a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 6 years of CPP experience in a technical or engineering role may be considered in lieu of applicable degree
