This role will work closely with project managers, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project timelines, action items, and communications are effectively managed.

Responsibilities
Maintain and track project timelines, milestones, and action items
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, including:
Agenda preparation
Meeting minutes documentation
Follow-up on assigned tasks and deliverables
Monitor and track risks, issues, and dependencies
Escalate concerns and blockers to the Project Manager or project lead
Support coordination between clinical, technical, and operational teams
Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project stakeholders
Assist with documentation, reporting, and project status updates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare environments
Experience supporting healthcare or clinical projects preferred
Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
