They are seeking a Maintenance Customer Support Representative (CSR) to assist customers, coordinate technician schedules, and support the overall efficiency of their maintenance department.

Responsibilities
Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding maintenance services
Support customer requests by scheduling Maintenance Technicians and Service Technicians
Develop and assign daily and weekly routes for technicians and trainers
Communicate daily with Field Supervisors to ensure workload expectations are clear and executed
Attach and organize all field data and reports within the CRM system
Dispatch same-day service requests to technicians and communicate any updates
Monitor vehicle tracking system (Azuga) to ensure scheduled employees are on route
Review zoning, efficiency reports, and route performance to optimize scheduling
Track all pools added or removed from maintenance routes in the Maintenance Workbook
Call seasonal customers in the spring to recommend reopening services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage scheduling logistics efficiently
Detail-oriented with experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods when needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or office administration preferred
LSI/Orenda Water Chemistry Training (or willingness to complete)
Pentair University Training (or willingness to complete)
