Qualification
Required
Possess a High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience, ideally within a Human Resources setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Exercise discretion
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
Able to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and a search of the child abuse central registry
A valid driver's license
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience, ideally within a Human Resources setting
