Responsibilities
Conduct literature reviews related to artificial intelligence, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies
Review, test, and document AI tools, platforms, and analytics technologies for research and instructional use
Develop instructional and training materials, including documentation, tutorials, and learning resources
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, workshops, and conferences
Provide general research, technical, and administrative support to the faculty supervisor as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Master's degree in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field
Strong knowledge of AI methods, data analytics, and contemporary AI tools, including generative AI
Ability to conduct structured literature and technology reviews
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience supporting academic or applied research projects
Familiarity with instructional technologies and learning platforms
Experience assisting with academic or professional events
