Responsibilities
Manage business change requests from initiation to completion
Lead and coordinate workshops with internal customers, process experts and IT
Ensure documentation of business process flow and business requirements
Coordinate the creation of technical solutions and introduction of these with the process owners and key users in the respective production areas
Develop training plans and coordinate training initiatives for functional teams
Proactively review and analyze processes and data to identify opportunities and resolve issues
As first level support to shop floor users maintain an efficient support structure and system control plan and resolve support requests
Qualification
Required
BS. Degree computer science, engineering, or equivalent
3 years experience in (medical device) manufacturing industry with high exposure to shop floor operations
Experience with ERP and/or MES systems (SAP or Camstar)
Experience in FDA regulated industry and familiarity with CFR 21 Part 11, GMP, SAS, and Sarbanes Oxley is a plus
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and information quickly
High problem-solving skills
Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable to the business
Excellent Presentation, Communication & Inter-Personal skills
On-site presence in Danvers (Massachusetts) required
