Develop, customize, and maintain ERP / CRM platforms

Participate in upgrades, migrations, and deployments
Qualification
Required
BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3+ years of software development experience
Hands-on ERP / CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar
Strong SQL / relational database knowledge
Understanding of business processes (finance, sales, operations)
Preferred
Cloud-based ERP / CRM platforms
REST / SOAP APIs and integrations
Agile / Scrum experience
DevOps, CI/CD, or automation exposure
Reporting or BI tools
