They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage client communications, track project progress, and ensure exceptional service for Clean Room Services clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person communication
Provide timely updates on order status, estimated ship dates, and project progress
Partner with production teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
Proactively resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
Coordinates expedite requests and monitor “HOLD” jobs daily for customer updates
Manage customer purchase orders and portals for efficient processing
Support administrative tasks including scheduling and billing inquiries
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
Ensure compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or related industries
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
A positive attitude and strong work ethic — you care about doing things right
