HVAC Administrative Assistant
Frank Gay Services is a thriving company seeking a motivated HVAC Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to their HVAC Department. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, documentation, and customer inquiries while ensuring efficient installation services.
Construction
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and coordinate installation services with customers and technicians
Manage paperwork and documentation related to new installations, including permits and warranties
Order and track supplies and equipment needed for installations
Provide administrative support to the installation team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
Answer phone calls and responding to customer inquiries about installation services
Ensure that installations are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of installation projects
Qualification
Required
3 years of administrative experience
Sales and Customer Service Experience required
Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
Preferred
At least 1 year of experience in HVAC services is a plus
Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
