Alliance HCM is seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Development Rep to join our human capital management team in The Woodlands, TX. In this role, you will engage potential clients and facilitate opportunities for our Account Executives through persistent outreach efforts and maintaining records of contacts using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Promoting and marketing AllianceHCM's services through persistent outreach efforts
Meeting a minimum quota of 60 calls and 30 emails daily to prospective clients
Scheduling initial meetings for the Sales team and equipping them with comprehensive information to facilitate effective discussions
Researching and evaluating potential leads through extensive web research
Maintaining records of contacts and progress using Salesforce

Qualification

Required

Experience in effectively articulating product selling points via phone and email
Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions, including prospecting and lead research
Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with excellent listening skills
Positive attitude and resilience in the face of rejection
Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong working relationships

Preferred

At least one year of experience in marketing, inside sales, or business development
A four-year post-secondary education/bachelor's degree
