Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Process ePAFs and coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities
Schedule meetings and candidate interviews
Maintain the division PD warehouse
Coordinate travel arrangements, conference registration, and reimbursements
Process purchase requisitions and reimbursement requests
Assist with vetting process for auditors and consultants
Monitor and respond to requests in shared email inboxes
Coordinate divisional projects such as employee lunches
Manage processes for space allocation and asset management
Assist in annual inventory and ensure completion of space survey
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Four years administrative/secretarial experience
Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Prior administrative experience is a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
