Responsibilities
Lead and manage risk management strategies using FMEA methodology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in technical projects
Work closely with architecture teams to ensure risk management aligns with project goals and technical requirements
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
Oversee and improve delivery processes, focusing on quality and risk minimization
Provide leadership and guidance to teams during technical design and implementation phases
Drive process improvements in project delivery and risk mitigation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in technical project management in a technology-driven organization
Expertise in FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), with practical application in technical environments
Strong understanding of technical architecture, delivery processes, and project lifecycle
Ability to manage large-scale projects, including scope, risk, and stakeholder communication
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working in a banking or financial services organization
Experience with process improvements in project delivery and risk mitigation
