Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using React JS and other modern front-end technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services to support front-end functionalities
Oversee the integration of backend services, databases, and middleware components to ensure robust application performance
Participate in code reviews, testing, and automation to uphold quality standards and best practices
Manage deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure application releases
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively incorporate them into projects
Ensure adherence to security protocols, data governance, and compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on frontend and full-stack technologies
Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for backend development
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and MongoDB
Familiarity with middleware and messaging technologies like Kafka
Knowledge of caching and search frameworks including Elasticsearch and Gemfire Cache
Experience with testing tools such as JUnit and Mockito, along with automation techniques
Exposure to cloud platforms, especially AWS, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency in modern front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and React JS
Understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Ability to collect and organize all necessary documents during the resume submission process
Preferred
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark is a plus
