The HR Recruiting Specialist will manage the full cycle of recruitment, focusing on sourcing and onboarding shop employees while collaborating with management to meet staffing needs effectively.
Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Creating and managing job postings on corporate and third-party career sites to attract qualified candidates
Monitoring current and future staffing needs by consulting with department managers to understand operational requirements
Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
Coordinating and participating in interviews—both scheduling and conducting them with department managers and staff
Completing background and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability and compliance with company policies
Coordinating outside recruiting events such as career fairs and school visits to attract talent
Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training
Conducting follow-up assessments at 14, 30, 60, and 90 days to ensure successful integration and retention of new employees
Ensuring adherence to recruitment policies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement in hiring practices

Required

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in human resources or recruiting roles

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed to attend recruiting events or meet with candidates
Background in handling confidential information
Maintaining professionalism in all interactions
