Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
Provide operational HR leadership and supervise HR generalist staff
Manage employee relations, investigations, and corrective action
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Oversee recruiting and partner with leaders on staffing strategies
Administer compensation and benefits and support internal equity initiatives
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and HR best practices
Collaborate closely with payroll and finance leadership
Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years progressive HR experience
Prior management or supervisory experience required
Strong employment law and compliance knowledge
Experience handling investigations and performance management
Sound judgment, professionalism, and decision-making ability
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or senior living strongly preferred
