Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with leading US-based startups. They are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a fast-growing AI-driven Healthcare SaaS company focused on improving healthcare operations through AI technology.

Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for enterprise healthcare accounts
Develop deep exposure to consultative selling in healthcare and AI
Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to qualify and advance deals
Gain hands-on experience selling into large, complex health systems
Clear path to fast promotion into Account Executive roles for top performers
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of total experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
6–12 months SDR experience preferred
Ability to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for enterprise healthcare accounts
Ability to develop deep exposure to consultative selling in healthcare and AI
Ability to partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to qualify and advance deals
Ability to gain hands-on experience selling into large, complex health systems
