Ad Ops Manager

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end digital ad operations and trafficking across all campaigns
Manage and maintain Campaign Manager (setup, trafficking, QA, and troubleshooting)
Develop, enforce, and maintain: Campaign taxonomy and naming conventions, Traffic sheets and trafficking documentation
Own and manage tracking implementations, including: Campaign Manager floodlights, Google Ads tracking, Facebook and TikTok tracking (including naming conventions and event setup)
Perform day-to-day trafficking of digital creative assets across platforms and publishers
Troubleshoot creative files, tags, and delivery issues to ensure on-time launches
Gather digital ad specifications from publishers and platforms and distribute requirements to agencies and internal teams
Ensure all creative assets meet platform, publisher, and technical specifications
Partner closely with Digital Media Managers and Buyers to support campaign execution
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and delivery across all live campaigns in collaboration with Bayer’s internal Performance Marketing Team (PMT) & Analytics team
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk
Ensure compliance with brand safety, privacy regulations, and platform policies
Qualification
Required
4+ years hands-on experience in digital ad operations and trafficking
Strong working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager
Extensive experience managing digital tracking, tags (including verification tools - IAS), and floodlights
Familiarity with ad serving, trafficking workflows, and digital ad specs
Experience working with traffic sheets, naming conventions, and campaign taxonomy
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination with agencies and publishers
Preferred
Working knowledge of Google Ads tracking
Facebook and TikTok ad platforms and tracking frameworks
Audience management platforms (Liveramp)
Agency or in-house media operations experience
Familiarity with programmatic and paid social execution workflows
Experience supporting digital media teams during high-volume periods
Strong troubleshooting skills related to creative files, tags, and delivery issues
Interest in process optimization and improving ad ops efficiency
