Responsibilities
Manage calendars, scheduling, document control, internal communications, and digital filing systems
Provide administrative support to leadership, special projects, and cross-functional teams
Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, materials, minutes, and follow-up actions
Serve as administrative liaison to Goodwill Industries International (GII), including reporting and surveys
Maintain compliance calendars, audit-ready documentation, and CARF-required data and reports
Track vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements; support procurement and budget alignment
Coordinate corporate events, trainings, recognition programs, and mission-related activities
Support HR, Payroll, Finance, and Mission Services with administrative data accuracy and secure documentation
Maintain confidentiality and uphold Goodwill's values, safety standards, and policies
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of administrative or office management experience (nonprofit preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Occasional evenings/weekends and travel to multiple locations
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Safety-sensitive position requiring drug testing
Ability to Commute: Sherman, TX 75090 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Sherman, TX 75090: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with vendor coordination, contracts, or compliance support strongly preferred
