Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately within ERP or order management systems
Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure on‑time order fulfillment
Monitor order status, backorders, shipping schedules, and resolve delivery or quantity discrepancies
Communicate proactively with customers regarding order changes, delays, or supply issues
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and documentation
Process returns, credits, and order adjustments in accordance with company policies
Support sales and account management teams with customer data and order updates
Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer service policies
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
