New Grad, Entry LevelIMCS Group is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Internal Logistics Engineer to join their Manufacturing Business Operations group. The primary responsibility of this role is to support Internal Logistics Engineering projects and optimize the North America supply chain by developing efficient internal delivery processes.

Responsibilities
Lead cross functional internal logistics projects, while working with *** Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (TMNA) Engineering groups and North American Manufacturing Companies (NAMC) departments to troubleshoot and improve parts flow issues
Challenge and break down the ideal situation and current systems in pursuit of establishing the optimal business process to improve supply chain performance using efficient problem solving and countermeasure development
Develop and execute strategy to communicate and consolidate supply chain data / KPI reflecting internal delivery, routing and returns handling performance to facilitate daily process management and problem solving
Collaborate directly with NAMC departments and Pilot Engineers to confirm process requirements, equipment & infrastructure development and system compliance requirements
Supporting and leading installation of Internal Logistics equipment, both automated and manual delivery
Support NAPSC activity (training and testing)
Qualification
Required
Candidates should be local to Mississippi and surrounding area to reduce travel requirements
Open to recent graduates and junior-level professionals
Demonstrated project planning experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD, CAD software, SolidWorks, or Inventor
Prior experience in manufacturing is considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Genuine interest in automotive design, with forthcoming projects providing substantial exposure to automotive engineering
Position currently involves manual delivery of parts, with a long-term goal of process automation
Ability to work within compressed timelines
Required travel includes: Two weeks at TMMMS, one week at TMMAL and Additional one-week at other NAMCs as needed
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience
Microsoft Excel/Project/Planner experience
AutoCAD Layout Design experience
Great verbal and written communication skills
Based out of TMMMS at Blue Springs, MS, also supporting other NAMCs. Willingness to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally
Preferred
Project Management experience
Experience in Automation / Innovation Projects Installation
Experience in Flexsim/Simulation Software
Material and Information Flow Chart training complete
TPS Fundamentals or experience
