New Grad, Entry LevelSovos Latinoamérica is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate who will work closely with all operations by receiving, distributing, and maintaining inventories. The role involves providing service to internal and external stakeholders, managing inventory, and ensuring the proper handling of goods.

Responsibilities
Giving proper and friendly service to all internal company employees, external company representatives, and guests
Effectively communicating with all individual internally and externally
Receiving and storing orders from distributors in assigned storage areas
Organizing and checking items that are received for delivery locations or storage instructions
Passing off appropriate packing lists, invoices or relevant paperwork to Receiving and Purchasing management
Checking product weights and quality. Storing perishable items in appropriate areas
Assembling, delivering and storing orders at appropriate locations
Reaching/bending/twisting and stooping/kneeling/crouching to place merchandise in storage areas
Reaching/grasping/manipulating all equipment and merchandise in a safe and proper manner
Lifting/lowering and pushing/pulling merchandise from floor level to overhead
Tolerating outdoor hot and cold temperatures
Having MOD (manager on duty) or supervisor at the location sign the invoice or delivery ticket that all items match what was received
Maintaining company assets (delivery vehicles, equipment, storage areas and products)
Following and practicing Sun Valley Resort’s driving policy at all times
Being able to drive in inclement weather conditions
Checking in with purchasing offices once deliveries are completed for other job assignments
Maintaining and cleaning storage areas and safe working environment
Cross department utilization as needed
Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Working flexible and long hours as needed
Possess a current, valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs, and some
Handling pressure by the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers for the purpose of checking merchandise
Preferred
Ideally possess knowledge of applicable state and local liquor serving rules and regulations
