Responsibilities
Identify and engage primary care and specialty practices with Medicare panels
Qualify practices based on: Number of attributed Medicare lives, Quality performance potential, Readiness for value-based care
Build trust with practice owners, office managers, and medical directors
Clearly communicate ACO participation benefits in plain, non-jargon language
Drive practices from first call → LOI → participation agreement
Coordinate with internal ops and legal for fast contracting
Track onboarding status and remove blockers
Help practices understand attribution, timelines, and expectations
Ensure smooth handoff to care management and operations teams
Qualification
Required
4–8 years experience in healthcare BD, provider relations, or network growth
Familiarity with ACOs, MSOs, CINs, or MA networks
Comfortable talking directly with physicians and practice admins
Preferred
Prior role in ACO onboarding or physician network development
Existing regional practice relationships
