Responsibilities

Supporting both external and internal stakeholders in the planning, coordination, execution, and post-deployment follow-up of TELCOR RCM software upgrades and server migrations

Serving as a key point of contact for customers throughout the upgrade and migration process, providing clear communication, technical guidance, and post-deployment support

Required

Initiative-taking, analytical, organized, and meticulous with strong time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Windows® environments and office applications (e.g., Word®, Excel®)

Familiarity with tools used in RCM upgrades such as Octopus or SQL

Understanding of server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms is beneficial

Must uphold confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory policies and procedures

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
