Responsibilities
Produce construction drawings, space plans, and schematic design documents
Create 2D CAD drawings and 3D models/renderings to support design development
Build technical documents including FF&E schedules and finish specifications
Support the design team and Principal across all phases of a project
Collaborate closely with designers to troubleshoot and refine technical solutions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional experience or an equivalent degree in interior design, architecture, or construction
Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Flexible, collaborative mindset and a passion for problem-solving
