Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of new software across the organization
Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to facilitate software integration
Hold departments accountable and ensure they meet project goals
Correspond with software vendors to customize solutions as needed
Guide the project to completion, ensuring at least 25% of the project is completed so far
Qualification
Required
10+ years of strong project management experience
Proven ability to manage complex projects and work across multiple departments such as HR, Finance, Dispatch, and Operations
Confidence in communicating with department heads to address any project delays
Technical knowledge to work with customizable software solutions
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
