Systems Engineer III
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer III to join our team. The System Engineer will be responsible for consolidating multiple Jira Service Desk instances and creating a unified, user-friendly customer service desk to enhance the HPC organization’s service management capabilities and user experience.

Creating a unified, user-friendly customer service desk to enhance the HPC organization’s service management capabilities and user experience
Qualification
Required
Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
Extensive experience with Jira Service Desk configuration, administration, and customization
Proficient in UI/UX design and development using relevant tools and frameworks
Experience with API integration and scripting (Bash, Python)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Preferred
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools
Experience with Git Source Control System
