Required
Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and spreadsheet tools
Understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Cost Control Systems
Attention to detail and excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills
Preferred
Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
Prior experience in manufacturing or similar industries is highly desirable
