Full-Stack Development: Design and build robust, scalable solutions using modern frameworks
System Modernization: Facilitate the transition from end-of-life legacy systems to current, supported technology stacks
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts to meet project milestones
Technical Standards: Maintain high code quality through clean code practices, established architecture patterns, and rigorous development standards
Agile Integration: Actively participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and automated DevOps deployment processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development
3+ years of strong, hands-on experience specifically with React
5+ years of experience with .NET C#, including building secure APIs and complex server-side logic
5+ years of experience with SQL Server
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and participate in mandatory in-person interviews and on-site office days
