Responsibilities
Assist in-house attorneys with commercial and technology transactions to gain practical experience in the legal field
Research and analyze legal issues, providing support on existing and new projects
Draft, review, and assist with the negotiation of contracts and other legal documents under supervision
Participate in scheduled activities, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Interact with various business lines to understand the company's goals and the legal requirements to support these objectives effectively
Qualification
Required
Must have been a participant in the on-campus interview days with Fiserv at University of Wisconsin-Madison on February 4, 2026 or at Marquette University on February 5, 2026
Progress towards the completion of a JD degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison or Marquette University
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role
Preferred
Experience or a strong interest in financial services/fintech
Currently performing in the top ½ of university class
Strong verbal, written, communications and presentation skills
