Review health records to make recommendations concerning the duration and continuation of patients' stays in a State Facility or local health department
Ensure compliance with facility policies
Compile and maintain records at Spring Grove Hospital Center
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
Three years of experience compiling and maintaining health records
Candidates may substitute additional experience on a year-for-year basis for the required education
Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer in Medical Record classifications or Patient Administration Specialists and Health Services Management specialty codes in the health records management field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience
