Human Resources Coordinator
Kidney Specialists of Southern Nevada (KSOSN) provides comprehensive kidney care and a full spectrum of kidney disease management resources for residents of Southern Nevada. We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team, providing essential operational and administrative support to the HR function and ensuring a smooth employee experience across KSOSN’s outpatient clinic locations.

Responsibilities
Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR inquiries from employees and leaders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files in compliance with regulatory requirements
Process employment verifications, reference requests, and HR correspondence
Support confidential handling of employee information and documentation
Coordinate all onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment requirements
Schedule and support new employee orientation sessions
Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and system access
Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives
Post job openings and manage applicant tracking activities
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Assist with recruitment events and hiring logistics across clinic locations
Assist with payroll data entry, audits, and verification
Support benefits administration, including enrollment tracking and employee inquiries
Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS (Paycom preferred)
Generate routine HR reports and assist with data tracking
Support compliance documentation and audit preparation
Assist with special HR projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; HRIS experience a plus (Paycom preferred)
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus
Preferred
One (1)–two (2) years of HR, administrative, or healthcare office experience preferred
