Responsibilities
Manage invoicing and accounts receivable in QuickBooks
Maintain contracts, renewals, and customer documentation
Support Salesforce data accuracy and order administration
Produce the monthly customer newsletter
Support marketing campaigns and email communications
Assist with social media posting and coordination
Support logistics for internal and external events
Provide general office and administrative coordination
Assist leadership with scheduling and operational support
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in operations, sales support, marketing coordination, or administration
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience with tools like QuickBooks, Salesforce, or marketing platforms
Preferred
Spanish fluency
