Responsibilities
Experience Design and Modeling of aircraft mechanical and Pneumatic valves and systems
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Recommending design changes when a component doesn't meet criteria
Generating project schedules and cost estimates
Experience as the primary interface with customers, contractors, and vendors
Experience reviewing other engineers’ work to maintain a high level of quality
Creating presentations and reports to document results
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 years Project Engineering experience
Experience Design and Modeling of aircraft mechanical and Pneumatic valves and systems
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Recommending design changes when a component doesn't meet criteria
Generating project schedules and cost estimates
Experience as the primary interface with customers, contractors, and vendors
Experience reviewing other engineers' work to maintain a high level of quality
Creating presentations and reports to document results
Requires a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
All qualified applicants must be U.S. Citizens
Preferred
Must be a self-starter and understand the need for accuracy, timeliness and quality in assigned work tasks
Knowledge of modeling in Catia
Knowledge of GD&T is a plus
Testing and Test Writing Procedures experience is highly desired
Presenting results to customers during project reviews
Experience brainstorming design concepts a plus
