Responsibilities
Manage seasonal sample sorting and rotation
Support sample logistics for photo shoots and seasonal meetings
Organize and manage five seasons of product in high-density storage
Fulfill sample requests for current and past seasons
Set up meetings and ensure room readiness
Serve as expert on Merch Lab fixtures, tech, access lists, and supplies
Manage end-of-life sample liquidation
Document all processes and workflows
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and tracking
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience
OR Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience
OR Associate's degree with 2+ years experience
Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Passion for product and operational excellence
