Responsibilities

Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process

They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance

Our interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, Interns may have the opportunity to become full-time Cobb Team Members

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Time management and multitasking abilities

Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

Agriculture or Poultry Operations or other agriculture related fields
