Responsibilities
Completes ongoing analysis of scheduling and coverage needs for facility, region and system
Manages and updates predictive model, volume and acuity adjustments
Manages content of dashboards and reporting of staffing and scheduling utilization and trends
Updates and maintains timekeeping, staffing and scheduling systems including training of end users
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action
