Own frontend quality: automated tests, CI checks, release readiness, and post-release monitoring
Partner with product/engineering to clarify scope and define acceptance criteria

Ability to proactively identify UX and technical risks, propose appropriate solutions, and drive them through to implementation
Experience in instrumenting frontend behavior to ensure observability, including monitoring errors, performance, and critical user flows
