Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet clients with a smile; maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times
Order and review title searches, real estate contracts, payoffs, and HOA estoppel documents
Identify, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving title issues and documentation discrepancies to ensure clear and marketable title
Communicate directly with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions
Balance and prepare settlement statements
Ensure files are completed accurately and within required deadlines
Conduct real estate closings (training will be provided to ensure confidence and consistency with our closing process)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the title or real estate closing industry
Strong knowledge of title commitments, title searches, closing documents, and real estate transaction procedures
Proficiency with title software; Softpro
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
