New Grad, Entry LevelLimitless East Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to become an essential part of their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them through the check-in process while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
Verify the validity of guest reservations and process payments
Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations they may need
Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all guest information is up-to-date
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
