Director Operations Analytics
R&S Northeast and AvKARE are seeking a Director of Operations Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across sales and operations. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and growth outcomes through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain analytics frameworks that support sales performance, revenue growth, and market penetration
Provide sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting to support planning and decision-making
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and recurring KPI reports to drive accountability
Analyze customer, product, and channel performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Utilize data analytics to improve operational efficiency, supply chain performance, and demand planning
Partner with operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities and productivity enhancements
Support automation and analytics tools to improve workflow visibility and operational decision-making
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to sales, operations, marketing, and leadership teams
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Support business intelligence initiatives, including metric standardization and reporting cadence
Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to support product and operational decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
7–10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, or related roles
Experience delivering analytics solutions that support sales and operational decision-making
Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms (Zoho or similar systems)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution environments
Exposure to predictive analytics, automation, or advanced reporting techniques
Experience supporting product, supply chain, or commercial analytics initiatives
