Responsibilities
Plan, organize and direct the administrative activities of the SMI outpatient program at Centro Esperanza
Coordinate access to care, transfer, triage, have oversight of caseload management, timely documentation, productivity, and direct service functions
Implement and manage service delivery and program statistical data
Coach and guide administrative/office staff, including performance improvement, corrective action plans, evaluation activities, and facilitating training as needed
Qualification
Required
Have at least three (3) years of behavioral health experience
Generalist knowledge in general mental health, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and serious mental illness
Able to work a flexible schedule as needed per program requirements
Possess a valid driver's license and ability to be insured under automobile insurance policy
Ability to obtain fingerprint clearance card, CPR and First Aid
Preferred
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field preferred, or any combination of education, training or experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties
