Business Analyst (Real Estate Development and Facilities-Finance and Administration)

Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership
Analyze budgets, forecasts, variances, and trends to support strategic planning and operational decisions
Develop and maintain business analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking tools
Support financial modeling and scenario analysis related to real estate, facilities, and capital projects
Conduct process audits to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with policies and procedures
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of best practices
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, concise presentations and reports
Support preparation of materials for executive leadership, committees, and other stakeholders
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional quality in all deliverables
Assist with general administrative functions related to business management and departmental operations
Coordinate data collection and reporting across real estate, leasing, facilities, planning, design, and construction teams
Support special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned
Perform other tasks and assignments as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or related field
3 years of experience in business process analysis, financial or data analysis, or related tasks
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, Word, and Visio
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Advanced technical proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating executive-level presentations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Capacity and initiative to function independently, assuming ownership and responsibility and the ability to follow-through on assignments without regular supervision or prompting while providing clear, timely status updates to leadership
Leadership to drive assignments and work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and deliver results
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, and manage timelines
Proficiency with all the technology involved to communicate and reach our constituents in a manner that is open, accessible, and clear, and manage operations efficiently
Discipline, maturity, and composure necessary to perform professionally within a demanding environment and navigate a challenging and ever-changing landscape
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Preferred
Experience supporting finance, administration, or operations functions
Experience in real estate, facilities management, planning, design, or construction environments
Familiarity with KPI development, performance measurement, and process improvement methodologies
Experience with tableau, financial reporting tools, or data visualization platforms
