Responsibilities

Develop and manage projects related to pesticide product registration, safety, and regulatory compliance
Support FIFRA registrations for conventional pesticides, including preparation, submission, and management of product registration applications
Prepare and review regulatory documents such as product labels, offers-to-pay, data matrices, and registration packages
Manage multiple complex product registrations and cross-functional project teams within defined scope, budget, and schedule
Ensure high-quality standards and regulatory compliance across all project deliverables
Support data generation and efficacy testing strategies to meet regulatory requirements efficiently
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development and technical initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in pesticide product registration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience preparing and submitting pesticide registration applications
Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes and regulations related to pesticide registration
Working knowledge of regulatory programs including FIFRA, TSCA, and Proposition 65
Proven ability to manage multiple complex regulatory or compliance projects simultaneously
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred

Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Experience in safety and compliance, EHS compliance, or related regulatory practices
