Manager of COE (Center of Excellence) Billing Services

Responsibilities

Manage billing provided by the CSCs for both airline catering and retail business
Prepare, oversee and/or communicate financials such as unbilled invoices, airline and retail revenue, airline transmissions, month-end for select customers, master pricing list (MPL), invoicing for retro price corrections, etc
Ensure daily transactional audits are performed and daily billing suspense / rejects are reconciled
Oversee daily revenue tracking and investigate any abnormalities
Research unpaid invoices and provide backup for payment
Oversee the resolution of systemic billing issues with airline and retail customers
Lead and / or work collaboratively with other members of management to drive financial best case scenarios and decisions for operations activities; participate in project teams, meetings and calls as needed, including but not limited to Cbase, ARIS and SAP
Coordinate and implement accounting policies and procedures and financial controls
Schedule and ensure periodic CSC audits to ensure accuracy of billing and COE / CSC best practices review; communicate results and provide training as needed
Liaise between CSCs and customers on charter billings and payments
Ensure rebate invoices are issued monthly
Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required; participate and support company sponsored initiatives
As process owner, oversee ARIS Billing System
Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
Guide, motivate and develop the directly and indirectly subordinate employees
Plan, implement and control the cost and project budget in the area of responsibility; initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Three to five years experience in related Accounting duties
Minimum of three years in a management role
Experience working with field locations a plus
Experience in analyzing financial and accounting information
Results driven successful record of performance and problem solving
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
Proficient in Excel and Word
